Forum #1: Flow Chart Flow Chart I did Instagram as the app that I did a flow chart on. I found that it flows easily, for the most part, due to the fact that you can access almost all screens from whatever screen you are looking at. There are only three screens that do not have access to the other screens directly, Share, IGTV, and Camera. Discoverability I chose a hammer as the item that I wanted to discuss. A hammer is a common tool that is used by many people in the world, therefore making it an easy item to discover. A hammer gives feedback through vibrations, shape, and size. When using a hammer, the user feels vibrations when they hit things with the hammer, letting the user know that contact is being made. The shape of the hammer lets the user know what it is used for, the flat head of a hammer is used for hitting things into place, and the claw is used for removing things because of the V shape that it makes.
